Sorry, but we cannot make exceptions. However, you may locate a substitute rider and submit his/her completed Registration Form and Waiver with a letter of explanation, in order to avoid the cancellation charge. Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately at this time, in order to get your GABA Discount, you need to send in the registration via snail mail. We are working hard to resolve this issue. Check back periodically and thanks for your patience!
If you cancel 1 week (7days) or less prior to a ride, you do not receive a refund.
If you cancel between 2 weeks (14 days) and 1 week (7days) prior to a ride, you get on half of your money back.
If you cancel more than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to a ride, you get a full refund.Sorry, but we cannot make exceptions. However, you may locate a substitute rider and submit his/her completed Registration Form and Waiver with a letter of explanation, in order to avoid the cancellation charge.
