Welcome to GABA Day Rides
We are currently experimenting with a different platform to post our day rides. We will still do our best to offer all the fun social rides you’ve come to love and maybe some new routes as membership grows! We will be dual posting rides on both Gatherist and MeetUp. Why you ask? Well since MeetUp has changed ownership they are exerting increasing pressure for individuals to purchase a subscription, and raising the fees for group accounts. Gatherist on the other hand is always free for members. It is also free for us as a non-profit! It is also a locally owned and operated business built by one of our own cyclists!
Please create an account today on gatherist (link below), join the GABA group, and be sure to turn on notifications so you can get email announcements when a ride is posted! Currently there is no “app” for gatherist but if you click on the “About” link you can see a link for “How to use this Website” with awesome instructions on how to save a button on your phone that works the same as an app. If you sign-up for MeetUp please read the fine print and find the “continue for free” link and join our group.
